Miss Mary Jane A. Jacinto was born and raised at Brgy. 21, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte. She graduated at Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) in the year 1999 with the degree Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Entrepreneurship and Minor in Accounting.
With her desire to broaden her professional linkages, she became a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Appraiser since June 2016 and is now currently managing the MJV Appraisal and Real Estate Services.
She did not only confine herself within her own sphere because she serves as a Business Associate of Robinsons Homes – Laoag City since January 2020. Before she entered the real estate industry, she first became a franchisee/branch manager of Go Global Travel and Tours Laoag City Branch from January 2017 to December 2019 and as an Assistant Manager of San Nicolas Shell Gasoline Station from June 2000 to December 2016.
Being mindful that it is needed in the real estate industry to strengthen societal ties and to gain acquaintances, she became a member of the Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines, Inc. She held the posts of Vice Presidency for MIS (January 2017-December 2018), External (January 2019 to December 2019) and Finance (January 2020-December 2020), and is currently holding the post of Presidency of the Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines – Laoag City Chapter.
Equipped with sufficient technical knowhow in the appraisal of real properties, she recently became a member of the Sub-Technical Committee on Real Estate Property Valuation Revenue — RDO Laoag City.
In order for her to gain more knowledge, she also attended two (2) International Real Estate Conferences (IREC) held in Hanoi, Vietnam last September 2018 and the other one held in Tokyo, Japan last September 2019.
For two (2) years now, Miss Mary Jane is a member of National Association of Realtors (NAR) based in the United States of America and she is also a member of Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS).
